Last Night's Idol Performance Show

I was SO mad last night when my DVR cut off before the last contestant Adam Lambert had a chance to sing! FOX is ridiculous and I can't believe that Ryan Seacrest was trying very hard to watch the clock! It's a LIVE show, people! It is also unfair to the contestant who didn't get the opportunity to perform within the hour show. The show ran long and someone has to pay for that, right? Does it come out of Ryan's pocket? Probably not! We were not at home last night for the performances. But, not to worry because we knew that the DVR had us covered. Boy, were we wrong! In years past, FOX has had a hard time of managing their broadcast time, but come on! We're in the eighth season now! The Results shows have been running long, so we started recording the next show after, in order to make sure we got it all. Now, I guess we'll have to do the same thing on Performance nights, too!
